Chocolate Blueberry Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup fresh or frozen spinach
- 1/2 fresh or frozen zucchini
- 2-3 TBSP raw cacao powder
- 1 TBSP hemp hearts
- 2 TBSP almond butter
- 1/2 – 1 cup almond milk
- Optional toppings: cacao nibs, pumpkin seeds, granola
Directions
Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth. Start with 1/2 cup almond milk, and add more as needed. Add toppings, if desired.
